How to make the most of your hard earned muscle and get a skin tearing vasucular look ready for the beach or by the pool.You earnt it….Flaunt it!!!
1.The night before your ‘public outing’ ensure you drink 4 litres of water from about 5pm - 9pm in order to flush out excess salts, which holds onto water in the body and makes you look ‘rounded’.
2.90 minutes before your intended outing, take 4 capsules of Kre Alkalyn Creatine (EFX 120 capsules £23 ish)and have a large black coffee.The creatine will cause vasodilation and get you looking vascular and the coffee will flush out more water and give you the energy boost for the workout.
3.20 minutes before, perform this pump up circuit 3 times without rest
#20 wide arm press ups
#20 chair tricep dips
#30 delt raises for each shoulder, using a 2 litre bottle of water
#20 close grip press ups
#20 leg raises off a bed
DO NOT REMAIN DEHYDRATED FOR LONG, ESPECIALLY IN THE SUN AND WHEN DRINKING ALCOHOL.
